With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Marie Heislen (Jefferson City, Missouri), who passed away on December 5, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Herb Verslues; her brother Chris Verslues; and her son-in-law Chris Garrison. She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Verslues (Renkemeyer); her husband Gary Heislen; her mother Theresa Verslues; her children, Jennifer Garrison (Chris), Ryan Heislen (Brie) and Nicole Branch (Joshua); her siblings, Sam Verslues (Melinda Netemeyer), Gary Verslues (Kathy), Grant Verslues, Carla Bruemmer (Bernie), Lynne Reinkemeyer (Alan), Sharon Buschjost (Curt) and Lora Boessen (Mark); her sister-in-law Kelly Verslues; and her grandchildren, Hayden, Noah Garrison, Ryker, Bexley Heislen and Gatlin Branch.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
