With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon Stivers (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on October 22, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, August F. Stivers and Iola M. McKim Stivers; his son-in-law Vinne Mallozzi; and his siblings, Norma Falstaff, Sarah Ann Morrison and Franklin Stivers.
He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Stivers; his daughters, Valerie Smith of New Bloomfield, Natalie Mallozzi (Vinne) of Deltona, Libbie Farrell (Rick) of Rhineland and Alanda Welch (Clarence O'Dowd) of Linn; and his grandchildren, Amos Smith, III, Andrea Williams, Vanessa McCaleb, Jenetta Schmitt, August Smith, Kasey Benton, Zachary Mandry, Kristine Farrell, Erica Cahill, Samantha Wyant and Jesse Welch. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren and another great granddaughter.
