He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fritz and Anna Josephine Falter (Bax); his former wife Regina Falter; his wife Mary Teresa Rehagen; and his siblings, Henry Falter, Emil Falter, Lawrence Falter, Jerome Falter (Ann), Martha Hobbs and Theresa Kloeppel.

He is survived by: his brother Norbert Falter (Anne).

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Masses or St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Westphalia, Missouri.
