She is survived by: her mother Cheryl A. Crocker (Harold) of Centertown; her husband David Summers; her children, David "Shane" Summers of Holts Summit, Rylee J. Summers of Holts Summit and Jackson W. Summers of Holts Summit; her father Gary Harold Hickman, Sr. of Guthrie; her siblings, Gary "Bub" Hickman, Jr. of Sullivan, Randy Hickman (Stephanie) of Mokane, Kalie Brown (Cole) and Hallsville; her grandparents, Helen Wade and Larry Gilpin; and her aunts and uncles, Dennis Crocker (Nancy), Richard Crocker (Leesa), Charlotte Turner and Tammy Hickman (Andy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; and a host of friends.
