With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LaVern Williford of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of LaVern Williford to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williford and Della Williford; his wife Darlene June Myers; and his daughters, Cheryl Seipel, Sue O'Day and Kathy Metzler.

He is survived by: his sons, Dan Williford (Debra) and Dave Williford (Becky); and his sister Joyce Grogan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
