He was predeceased by: his parents, Clellan Mancer and Dora Ellen Bias (Finn); his son-in-law Chance Patton; his sisters, Hazel Welschmeyer and Pinkie Carrender; and his half-brother Delbert Bias.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Bias; his children, Danette Patton, Lisa Branch (Daniel) and Laura Slote (Michael); his grandchildren, Tray Burns, Paige Price, Brooke Burns, Tony Patton, Emily Bias, Faith Slote, Grace Slote, Hope Slote and Larkin Slote; his great grandchildren, Kinna Price, Autumn Duwe, Logan Duwe and Kobe Burns; and his brother-in-law Wayne Welschmeyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The general public is welcome to attend the services while following social distancing guidelines.
