He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donna Jean Douglas (DJ) and Sherrill Vance Brown; his wife Barbara Brown; his children, Taleesha Brown of Jefferson City, Kenneth Brown Jr. of Jefferson City, Latoya Brown of Jefferson City and LaKeisha Brown of Kansas City; his stepchildren, Jermaine Clark of Springfield, Michelle Clark-Walters of Mississippi and Shay're Hawkins of Jefferson City; his sister Tonya Smith (Shalamar Smith); his sister-in-law Carolyn Anthony; his uncle Flynn "Bugs" Avery (Maureene); and his great-uncle Dennis Williams. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Baptist Church - Jefferson City (900 Jefferson St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Brown family.
