It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Owens of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney E. Fox and Dorothy D. Fox. She is survived by: her husband Harold "Whitey" Owens; her daughters, Tawney Lynne Owens Laucks of Jefferson City, Tasha Layne Owens of Jefferson City and Tami Lea Owens Ramelb of Jefferson City; her siblings, Joan Davies (Rich) of Nixa and Sidney E. "Gene" Fox, Jr. of Eldon; her grandchildren, Christopher Burns (Brittany) of Jefferson City, Tyler Schanuth of Jefferson City, Colter Laucks (Krystal) of Jefferson City, Callie Laucks of Jefferson City, Caysee Temmen of Jefferson City, Owen Ramelb of Jefferson City and Sam Ramelb of Jefferson City; and her great grandchildren, Kaydee Crabtree and Jaxton Burns. She is also survived by four nephews, two nieces, and cousins.
The general public is welcome to attend the visitation following social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Jefferson City, Missouri. Special Olympics, or the American Cancer Society.
