We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2023, at the age of 69, Josie Pauley of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Shaw, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowen and Rosalie Bowen (Smith); her former husband Austin Hardin; her daughter Rozena Holeman; her siblings-in-law, William and Emma Francis Pauley; and her niece Lisa Creason.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Francis; her husband Tim Pauley of Jefferson City; her son Johnny Norton of Mississippi; her stepson Daniel Pauley (Brennan) of Jefferson City; her siblings, Morris Bowen of McGee, Miss., Beverly Bowen of Jefferson City and Mary Pauley (Robert) of Jefferson City; her stepgrandchildren, Bruce Hardin, Ariana Pauley and Trevor Pauley; her nieces and nephews, Melissa Mayer of Jefferson City, Ray Creason of Jefferson City, Jonathan Creason of Jefferson City, Colton Craig of Jefferson City and Lydia Craig of Jefferson City; and her cousins, Brenda Merten of Cottage Grove and Cindy Merten of Cottage Grove.
