He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roscoe and Deloris Mae Hall (Stewart); and his son Cameron Hall. He is survived by: his wife Danita Hall of Jefferson City; his children, Stacy Epema (John) of Pleasant Hill and Pamela Enriquez (Jeremy) of Jefferson City; his siblings, Sandy Hanauer (Mike) of Holts Summit, Kelley Christian of Jefferson City and Amy Tillinghast (Sean) of Columbus, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Lucie Epema, Ethan Epema, Mollie Epema, Trenton Enriquez and Ben Enriquez.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation 3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019.
