He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Kalina; his children, Jacquline Tomlin (William) of Holts Summit, John Kalina Jr. of Holts Summit, Julia Rolufs (Jeff) of Holts Summit and Jennipher Stegeman (Justin) of Hartsburg; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Rolufs, Chloe Rolufs, Joseph Stegeman, Jacob Stegeman, Matthew Tomlin and Jonathan Tomlin; and his siblings, Don Kalina of David Kalina and Sharon Kalina. He is also survived by extended family and special friends.
