He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard C. Allan and Flora H. Allan (Schoenherr); his children, Gavin S. Allan (Karen) of Jefferson City, Darin J. Allan of San Francisco, California and Kristin A. Tipton (Kenneth) of New Bloomfield; his brother Rev. Kenneth H. Allan (Jan) of Portage, Michigan; and his stepgrandsons, David Fuhr of Jefferson City and Aidan Tipton of Holland, Michigan. He was also cherished by six nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, The Samaritan Center or the Jefferson City Salvation Army.
