He was predeceased by: his parent Herman F. Boeckman; and his brother Herman W. "Rusty" Boeckman. He is survived by: his parent Anna J. Struemph Boeckman; his children, John E. Boeckman, II (Annemarie) and Jana M. Willett (Bill); and his grandchildren, Kirsten Allison (Ann Arbor), Andrew Boeckman (Highlands Ranch), Alex Willett, Taylor Willett and Caroline Boeckman.
