He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter and Neta Irene Duckett (Burkett); his wife Katy; his grandson John D. Mock; and his siblings, Melba, Margaret, Eugene and Claudine.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia I. Jones (Dan) of Sikeston and Gregory L. Duckett (Kathryn) of Holts Summit; his grandsons, Dale Mock (Brittany) of New Hamburg and Matthew G. Duckett (Melissa) of Holts Summit; his great grandchildren, Steven T. Mock (Anna) of Oran, Claire E. Duckett and Harper G. Duckett of Holts Summit; and his brother Frank Duckett of Williamsburg.
