Luter (Montgomery) of St. Charles; his wife Susan A. Samons; his children, Stephen Luter (Alisa Vojvoda) of Las Vegas and Dianne Owalla (Evans) of San Diego, California; his brother David Luter (Diane) of Winston-Salem; and his grandchildren, Devin Owalla, Alexis Owalla and Olivia Luter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
