He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Forck and Angeline Forck (Schnieders); his sisters, Rosemary McKinnon and Martha Haynes; his siblings-in-law, Otis McKinnon, Jim Singer, Mike Haynes and Cindy Forck; and his great-nephew Gunner Forck.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Forck (Jane) of Ashland, Larry Forck (Joanie) of Jefferson City, Eddie Forck (Connie) of Ashland, Bernard Forck (Marian) of Chamois, Walter Forck of Taos, Steve Forck of New Bloomfield and Ruth Ann Singer of Taos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
