He is survived by: his mother Lola Lee Perkins (Davis) of Holts Summit; his wife Brenda Perkins; his children, Adrienne Johnson (Billy) of Jefferson City and Jordan Perkins (Sarah) of Ashland; his father Lester Perkins; his siblings, Lowell Perkins of Jefferson City, David Perkins (Brenda) of Holts Summit, Nathan Perkins (Sally) of Springfield and Lisa Luebbert (Doug) of Holts Summit; his grandchildren, Lucy Johnson and Henry Perkins; and his mother-in-law Joan Burnett of Stover. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
