He was predeceased by: his father Donald Caldwell (Cobby); and his parents-in-law, John and Janet Forsythe. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Faye Caldwell (Sirclum) of Bonne Terre; his wife Sherri Caldwell; his children, Courtney Smither (Trevor) of Olathe, Camille "Cammie" Mengwasser (Jason) of Watertown and Christian Samuel "Sam" Caldwell (Cassie) of Linn; his grandchildren, Elijah Stout, Hunter Smither, Emma Smither, Sophia Stout, Cole Smither, Shia Stout, Adelyn Smither, Leo Mengwasser, Vincent Caldwell and Veda Caldwell; and his siblings, Jeff Caldwell (Robin), Jon Caldwell (Carolyn) and Jamie Caldwell. He is also survived by many bonus brothers and sisters through marriage, nieces and nephews.
