We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Joan Roark of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Russellville, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl L. Hogg and Dorothy M. Hogg (Long); her husband Shih; her son Leslie B. Roark; her grandson Eric W. Roark; and her sisters, Velma Long, Pauline Rea and Maybelle Hogg.
She is survived by: her children, William Roark (Martha) of Russellville, Rebecca "Becky" Libbert (Gary) of Jefferson City, Robert "Bobby" Roark (Tina) of Jefferson City and Linda Wilbers (Matt) of Wardsville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested MoCops (Missouri Concerns of Police Survivors) or The American Police Hall of Fame.
