With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Donnelly (Jefferson City, Missouri), who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jim leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin and Eleanor Fleada Donnelly, III (Anderson). He is survived by: his grandson Summit; his children, Jayme Donnelly (Katie) of Springfield and Hannah Brick (Meredith) of Sedalia; his sister Diane Rose (Richard "Rick") of Lake Zurich; and his close friend Russ Barker of Oshkosh.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Freeman Mortuary (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A prayer will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Freeman Chapel (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (3015 W Truman Blvd, Jefferson City, MO 65109).
