She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Blount Roussin and Opal Mae Roussin (Evans); and her husband Tony. She is survived by: her children, Nancy DeClue of Jefferson City, John DeClue (Ivelisse Crespo) of Bainbridge, Suzanne Wilson (Don) of Jefferson City and Stephanie DeClue of Jefferson City; and her grandchildren, Christa Carnell-Breedlove, Joshua DeClue (Jessie), Sean DeClue, Scott DeClue (Mackenzie), Jacob DeClue (Savannah), Chris Wilson (Nicole), Taylor Ann Wilson, Daniel DeClue, Wesley DeClue (Katt) and Paul Glasgow. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
