She was predeceased by: her parents, James Evans and Phyllis Evans (Emory); her stepfather Ed Whittier; and her siblings, Anne Evans Pershing, Richard Evans and Kurt Evans.
She is survived by: her son Stirling Evan Williams (Katrina) of Fulton; her brother Jim Evans (Karen) of Concord; her sister-in-law Helen Evans of Holts Summit; and her uncle Bob Emory of Prairie City, Ill. She is also survived by four nieces; five nephews; four great-nieces; two great-nephews; and one great-great niece.
The general public is welcome to attend the visitation while following social distancing guidelines.
