He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale West and Jerrie West (Hanson). He is survived by: his children, James West of Eldon, Tasha Nikole Farrow of Eldon, Jessica Brittani Calton (Noah) of Versailles and Madrian West of Peoria, IL; his siblings, Billy Dale West of Jefferson City, Nancy Lynne Whitman of Tarpon Springs, FL and Cindi Hampton (Don) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Cheyenne and Shiloh; and his close friend Andy Sands of Jefferson City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
