He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Butler (Tim) of Matthews, NC and Beckie Voiles (Mike) of Jefferson City, MO; his granddaughters, Holly Smith (Martyn) of Mint Hill, Kristina Bellin (Phil) of Wardsville, MO and Jaclyn Alter (Brett) of Orlando, FL; his brother Dan Kirby (Sally) of Cottage Grove, OR; his sister-in-law Margaret Casper of Washington, IN; and his friends, Evelyn Martin of Holts Summit, MO and Chip Maury of Pembroke, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
