He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion C. Roach and Anna E. Roach (Farley); his daughter Kelly Anne Wagers; and his brother Larry Roach. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Carlton; his children, Douglas Roach (Denise) of Taos and Erin Philbert (Bill) of Holts Summit; his brother Lee "Bud" Roach (Kristen) of Omaha; his son-in-law Troy Wagers; his grandchildren, Tasha Watson (Andrew), Jordan Vandiver (Leah), Nicholas Vandiver (Sarhea), Dylan Roach (Stacey), Amanda Cochran (Matt), Shelbi Vandiver, Daniel Wagers, Ben Bish and Nick Bish (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Kylie, Annika, Olliver, Joel and Audrey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a Veteran's Charity of the donor's choice.
