He was predeceased by: his parents, Natvik Johnsen and Mella Mae Johnsen (McKee); and his brother Harvey Johnsen. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Neff (Chris), Jamie Johnsen, Jessica Johnsen (Lindsey) and Michael Johnsen (Kayla); and his grandchildren, Brett, Charlie, Eli, Gabby, Grady, Molly, Parker, Rayce, Ryland and Townes.
