He is survived by: his wife Rita Marie Von Rueden; his children, Sheila Weyland (Russ) of Fulton, Maureen Ball (Terry) of Jefferson City and Dan Mullen of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brianna Ball (Keevin) of Columbia, Makayla Oberhelman (Colton) of Lee's Summit, Steven Ball (Hannah) of Brevard, Sam Weyland of Jefferson City, Abby Weyland (Mason) of Columbia, Savannah Mullen of New York and Zack Mullen of Lee's Summit; his great grandchild Oaklei of Lee's Summit; his siblings, John Mullen (JoAnn) of Carlsbad, Dorothy Puhr of Danville and Edward Mullen (Jerry) of Easton, Pennsylvania; and his sister-in-law Maryann Mullen of Oceanside. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
