James Henry Rutter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2021, at the age of 83, James Henry Rutter of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Bosler, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rutter and Viola Rutter (Dogoud); his sister Bertha Gabriel; and his great grandchild Koltyn Neale. He is survived by: his former wife Janet Rogers; his wife Mei Zhen "Janny" Rutter; and his daughters, Laura Toppenberg (David), Lesa Varnell (JD), Lynette Arkins (Jim) and Jingwei Liang (Ziliang Ma). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
