He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rackers and Hilda Rackers (DeBroeck); his son Daniel Rackers; his brother Leo Rackers (Lucille); his brother-in-law Al Rackers (Kitty); and his great grandchild Brayden Kaiser.
He is survived by: his spouse Mardell Rackers; his children, James A. "Butch" Rackers (Anna), Linda Kaiser (Art) and Randy Rackers (Monica); his sister-in-law Barbara Bopp (Norval); his grandchildren, Amy Stockman (Tom), Heather Bisges (Jeff), James "Jimmy" Rackers (Stacey), Brian Kaiser (Heather), Kevin Kaiser (Hannah), Eric Kaiser (Dana), Keith Kaiser (Amie) and Jessica Rackers; his great grandchildren, Madison (Justin), Cole, Kaleb, James "Ethan", Macey, Kaidyn, Logan, Connor, Cameron, Brooklyn, Audrey, Mason, Owen and Bridger; and his great great grandchild Raylon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
