He is survived by: his children, Jay "Mike" Hoey (Mary Beth) of Jefferson City, Ann Backer (Barry) of Lohman and John Hoey (Nancy) of Jefferson City. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
