Irene Schoenen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2025, at the age of 91, Irene Schoenen of Jefferson City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Irene has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lock and Bernadine Lock (Meyer); and her grandson James "Jimmy" Turner. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Robert L. Schoenen II (Ann) of Overland Park, Victoria Scott (Daniel) of Jefferson City and Michael Schoenen of Jefferson City; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth Bramsted (Dustin), Amanda Rehagen and Kristen Bazell (Tommy Haupert). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Boniface Catholic Cemetery.
