Irene Brumley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Brumley of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Wellington, Missouri, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Jeffries and Gertrude Jeffries (Bland); her sister Maxine Jeffries; and her children, Rose Griffith and Roger Brumley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Jefferson (George) of St. Louis, Elaine Hernandez (David) of Bonnots Mill and Mary Callahan (Richard) of Jefferson City; and her nephew Jerry Jeffries (Carol) of Las Vegas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, a private interment will be held for the family at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Central Missouri Food Bank, The Salvation Army, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
