He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Manuel and Mamie "Manes" Willmeno; his daughter Jennifer Willmeno; his granddaughter Azaria Willmeno; his siblings, James Willmeno, Bonnie Hoglen, Marilyn Bunch and Jean Bonnot; and his former wives, Ellen Reinkemeyer and Sandra Willmeno.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Clark; his children, Douglas Willmeno (Karen), Herbert Willmeno Jr., Debbie Martin, Judy Wiseman, Julie Willmeno (Alva), Ruby Willmeno and Dana Willmeno; and his sisters, Jackie Surface, Jane Backes and Betty O'Neal. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
