He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Kroll and Irene Kroll (Kaiser); his wife Henrietta Grothoff; his daughter-in-law Diane Kroll; and his siblings, Jim Kroll (Betty) and Germaine Strope.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Hughes (David) of Warsaw, Dennis Kroll (Gerene) of Jefferson City, Bob Kroll (Mary) of Broken Arrow, OK, Rose Ann Ruzicka (Ken) of Jefferson City, Delores Crocker (Jim) of Batesville, IN, Mary Lynn Weiner (Rob) of Overland Park, KS, Stanley Kroll (Sharlet) of St. Thomas and Jean Kliethermes (Keith) of St. Thomas; his siblings, Angeline Kroll, Lucy Stoehr (Paul) and Ronnie Kroll (Sophie); and his brother-in-law Jim Strope. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
