He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Morris and Vivian Morris (Vehlewald); his stepfather Jewell "Joe" Phelps; his children, Pam Carrender and Keith Morris; his children-in-law, Rex "Wayne" Reynolds and Tina Morris; his sister Shirley Clarke (Bob); his sister-in-law Sandi Morris; and his great grandchild Sloane Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Morris of Jefferson City; his children, Debbie Reynolds of Holts Summit, Rick Morris (Chris) of Holts Summit, Craig Conley (Leslie) of Estes Park and Lori Conley-Jaegers (Chris) of Holts Summit; and his brother Ken Morris of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice Compassus or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
