She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Surface and Marie Surface (Hartley); and her brothers, James Eugene Surface and Paul Leroy Surface. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Ray Douglas; her daughters, Roiann Douglas of Jefferson City and Debbie Douglas of Jefferson City; her grandson Collin Douglas of Jefferson City; and her brother Billy W. Surface (Elaine) of Lohman.
