He is survived by: his wife L'wana; his children, Deborah Hagner of Columbia, Cheryl Breedlove (Bob) of Columbia and Kirk Smith of Jefferson City; his siblings, Robert Hagner and Patricia Cordry; his grandchildren, Rusty Hart, Haley Sue Hagner, Justin Rybolt, Ashley and Candace Breedlove; and his great grandchildren, Noah Hart, Marshall, Monroe Hagner, Tyler and Connor Rybolt.
