He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Sr. Owens and Dorothy L. Owens (Pierson); and his stepfather Elra Hayden. He is survived by: his daughters, Tawney Lynne Owens Laucks of Jefferson City, Tasha Layne Owens of Jefferson City and Tami Lea Owens Ramelb of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Christopher Burns (Brittany) of Jefferson City, Tyler Schanuth of Jefferson City, Colter Laucks (Krystal) of Jefferson City, Caysee Temmen of Jefferson City, Owen Ramelb of Jefferson City, Sam Ramelb of Jefferson City and Callie Laucks (Cam) of Columbia; his great grandchildren, Kaydee Crabtree, Jaxton Burns, Jettson Jones and Luna Laucks; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Davies of Nixa and Sidney E. "Gene" Fox Jr. of Eldon.
The general public is welcome to attend the visitation following social distancing guidelines.
