He is survived by: his wife Paula Carter; his children, Cathy Carter of Jefferson City, Hope Copas (Brion) of Lohman and Ross Carter (Judy Dawson) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Meghan Copas-Peterson (Steve, Angela Copas), Bryan and Jennifer Copas; his great grandchild Brynlee Basham; his niece Linda Brock (Bruce) of Marshall; his nephew Rick Fette (Julie) of Liberty; and his pet Gracie.
