He is survived by: his parents, Darrel Jeffries and Hazel Janice Jeffries; his daughters, Amy Bay (Darrel) and Abby Bay (Allen); his grandchildren, Madilyn Rucker (Jordan), Brody Bay, Carter Bay, Lillian Bay, Kellen Bay and Quinton Bay; and his siblings, Chris Jeffries and Michelle Jeffries Sharp (Michael). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
