It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Laverne Lockard (Jefferson City, Missouri), who passed away on January 6, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Hays and Gladys Hall; her sons, Jerry Wayne, Gerald Riggs Jr., David Riggs and Harvey Riggs; and her siblings, Glen Hays of Leroy Hays, Norma Dutcher, Frances Howard and Ruby Mather.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Riggs; her daughters, Betty Atwell (Curt) of California, MO, Barbara Riggs (Jay Johnson) of California, MO and Shirley Riggs of Jefferson City, MO; her stepchildren, Bruce L. Lockard, Dana Forkner of Colorado and Pam Barrett of Maryland; and her siblings, Russell Hays (Betty) of California, MO and Carol Sue Vennemann of Arkansas. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, numerous step grandchildren, and numerous step great grandchildren.
