He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Arnel; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine Bax and Douglas Perkins. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Douglas (Renee) of New Bloomfield and Jeffrey Thomas Arnel (Bria) of Jefferson City; his brother-in-law Kenny Angerer; his nephews, Walleye and Muskie; his wife Shirley Perkins of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Haley Morgan Arnel of Kansas City, Blake Anthony Arnel of Jefferson City, Samantha and Harlee Williams of New Bloomfield; his brothers, Darrell Keith Arnel (Faith Ann) and Mark Kevin Arnel (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Perkins (Mary Jane), Jeannie Angerer (Kenny) and Charlotte Collet. He is also survived by three sisters.
