He was predeceased by: his parent Herman Bremmerkamp; and his brother Thomas Bremmerkamp. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Bremmerkamp (Knorr); his children, Vicki Bremmerkamp, Alan Braun of Jefferson City and Matt Bremmerkamp (Christine) of Benton, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kaleb (Lauren), Justin (Madison), Megan VanderFeltz, Dean Bernskoetter, Evan, Ashley and Sarah Bremmerkamp; his aunt Victoria Walther of Jefferson City; his uncle Jim Knorr (Carmen) of State; and his nephews, Sam Bremmerkamp and Bill Bremmerkamp of Joplin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
