Newman Lowrance of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Jordan Lowrance and Austin Lowrance; his siblings, John Lowrance of Jefferson City and Lana Lowrance of Verona; and his nephews, Nathan Lowrance of Jefferson City and Andrew Lowrance of Chicago, Ill..
