He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Elwood and Louise Katherine Burnett (Bemboom); and his sister Brenda Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Betty Burnett; his children, Jim Burnett (Ashley) of Mary's Home, Melissa Shannon (Aaron) of Jefferson City and Katie Cole (Garrett) of California; his siblings, Toni Karlstedt (Vernon), Gary Burnett (Sharon), Joe Burnett (Janice) and Sharon Wadley (Tom); and his grandchildren, Nolan Binkley (Allyssa Green), Layla Cole, Austin Burnett, Ethin Burnett, Payton Cole and Brooklin Burnett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Fred Burnett Memorial Fund by mailing contributions to P.O. Box 95, Jefferson City, Mo., 65102.
