It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Leroy Bise (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel B. Bise and Zella B. Bise. He is survived by: his wife Gail A. Bise; his sons, Christopher Bise (Jodie) and Branden Bise (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Alec, Zach, Tyler and Alivia; and his great grandchild Brynnlie. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
