He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Coleman Stephens and Venice Ott Stephens; his former wife Louise Tharp; his son Danny; his siblings, Mary Francis Farr, Allen, Donald and Junior Stephens; and his sister-in-law Millie Stephens.

He is survived by: his son David (Ami); his wife Judy Thompson; his daughter-in-law Grace Stephens; his stepson Ken Thompson (Lysha); his grandchildren, Josh, Sam, Anthony Stephens and Heather Rademan (Mark); his stepgranddaughter Tori Carmack (Jordy); his great grandchild Harley Stephens; his stepgreat-grandsons, Jared and Graham Carmack; and his sisters-in-law, Betty and Beverly Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that a donation in Frank's name be made to the Fair Haven Children's Home, 3132 N. Fairhaven Loop, Stafford, Missouri 65757.
