Fay was predeceased by: parents, Carl L. Godbey and Glenda C. Godbey (Seabaugh). Fay is survived by: brothers, Carl Godbey of Naples and Lance Godbey of Columbia; and grandmother Margie Ward of Wardsville. Fay is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
