It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Louise Schrimpf of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Louis and Angeline Louise Veltrop (Schenewerk); her husband Robert Schrimpf; her son Derek Schrimpf; and her brother-in-law Levoy Luebbert.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie Schrimpf of Jefferson City, Brenda Engelbrecht (Mike) of Jefferson City, Cheryl Kay Sanning (John) of Jefferson City and Carl Schrimpf (Candace) of Jefferson City; her daughter-in-law Madonna Schrimpf; and her siblings, Henry Veltrop (Margaret), Margie Luebbert, Jim Veltrop (Joyce), Tom Veltrop (Helen), Gary Veltrop (Charlene) and Cathy Scribner (Gary). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
The general public is welcome to attend the services while following social distancing guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Vincent De Paul Society.
