He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Raymond and Mildred Utila Paschal (Smith); his daughter Kathy Paschal; his sisters, Sue Herzing and Judy Jenkins; and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Berhorst, Donnie Prenger, David Luebbert, Ray Herzing and Rick Henson.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bock of Rich Fountain; his sons, Kevin, Kirby and Kirk (Cathy); his grandchildren, Matt Veit, Paige Paschal, Ryan Paschal, Nickolay Paschal, Blake Paschal and Zachary Paschal; and his sisters, Darlene Gillmore Henson and Betty Herzing.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the Proto-Cathedral of St. Peter (216 Broadway St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be made to Proto-Cathedral St. Peter Parrish.
